CAFI is a Christian organization with the purpose to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God that brings restoration of mankind back to God through The Messiah Yeshua [Jesus].

CAFI has strong convictions concerning our statement of faith. This includes our convictions that Jesus/Yeshua is the divine messiah and that His death, burial, and resurrection provide a way of redemption and reconciliation back to God for all humanity. As followers of Jesus, we, therefore, believe in the authority of scripture, both the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) and the New Testament, and the commandments of Jesus. These convictions can be differences between us and our Jewish brothers and sisters.

We are committed to a policy of non-proselytization towards the Jewish community. This does not mean that debate and discussion around convictions and scriptural opinions cannot occur in the correct setting as we seek to understand our respective positions. However, it does mean that we will not single out or target organized evangelical missionary activity at Hebrew-speaking audiences, Jewish people, or Jewish communities anywhere.

CAFI is a Christian ministry that is focused on adopting projects that serve Israel with Jews and Christians working together with unconditional love. Projects center on education, aliyah & absorption (return and restoration of Israel), and helping the vulnerable in the Land, along with working together (Jews and Christians) on international humanitarian projects.

Theologically, CAFI is called to labor toward the coming national, yet personal, salvation of Jews in Israel when the “veil is lifted”, (Zechariah 12:10, Romans 11:25-27), in contrast to the ongoing personal salvation of Jews in the nations. As a result, this makes it possible for CAFI to effectively work together with Jews representing many different sects of Judaism worldwide; along with Christians also representing many different sects of Christianity.

There are many Christian organizations that do focus their evangelical efforts toward the Jewish people. As instructed by the Great Commission, CAFI  believes this is necessary to ensure that the remnant is maintained in accordance with the election of grace (Romans 11:5).

However, CAFI is focused on loving and blessing the Jewish people unconditionally and aims to express this in practical ways, demonstrating this unconditional love through actions rather than proselytization, that they may hunger to know the love of their Messiah and search for Him out of their own desire and free will.

As it relates to any and all CAFI/JEWISH joint projects, CAFI ​will not​ operate or conduct any missionary or proselytizing activities to Jewish individuals, group(s) or organization(s).

The Christian Agency for Israel is committed to connecting Christians and Jews of different traditions and convictions to work towards bringing a biblical understanding of Israel, the Jewish homeland, to the world. CAFI connects Christian communities to Jewish communities, through love, respect, and relationship to promote reconciliation, support for the road of Aliyah and absorption into the Jewish homeland, and humanitarian aid.

These Jewish communities are both within and without Israel. In particular, millions of exiled Jews remain scattered throughout the nations, longing for a homecoming to Israel but with limited resources, agency, or geopolitical access to achieve this. CAFI endeavors to work together with Israelis to relieve present suffering through humanitarian volunteer work, and offer support to make Aliyah.

There are Christian organizations that support Israel, and there are Jewish organizations that support Israel, but CAFI at its very core is Christians and Jews working together for Israel.
